Creating STEM community partnerships with local industries

We partnered with a local food processing plant to give our Chemistry students a facility tour and real-world context for quality control and chemical analysis. The students were incredibly engaged. Looking for ideas on how to formalize industry-school partnerships for regular STEM exposure.
