Addressing gender gaps in senior high STEM enrollment

In our school, female enrollment in STEM track has been declining over the past 3 years. We're planning a "Women in STEM" career talk series with local professionals. Has anyone run similar programs? What made them effective for actually shifting enrollment patterns?
