Effective mentorship models for new STEM teachers

We recently onboarded 8 new Teacher I hires in our district, all fresh from pre-service. Our veteran teachers are willing to mentor, but we lack a structured framework. Looking for successful buddy-system or co-teaching models that have worked in other divisions.
